Our service partners are DHL and DPD. We offer standard parcel / Classic DPD shipping methods
delivery time
Your order will of course be processed by us immediately upon receipt. When paying in advance, the goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. Experience shows that the transfer process takes between 1 and 4 days.
Please note:
All prices stated on this website are for shipping within Germany. The delivery of freight forwarded goods takes place “up to the curb” as is usual in the forwarding business.

 

We send international parcels (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Czech Republic, Switzerland and France)

If the final dimensions of the parcel exceed the weight calculated in advance by the system, the customer will be notified to settle the additional costs.

If your package exceeds the maximum weight, please split your order into 2 orders. If you do not do this, an amount will automatically be named that does not reflect the correct costs. We will contact you if this is the case

 

 

All our shipping costs are designed up to 100 KG. That means if you want to order more than 100 KG goods with one order. Contact us so that we can calculate the correct shipping costs for you.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website withdrawal form. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such a cancellation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
